Baghdad: Red Tape Further Investors and the Need for a Management Revolution to Eliminate It

The Baghdad provincial Council member Mohammed Rubaie said that red tape further investors from provinces, with the need to be “administrative revolution to eliminate it.
Rubaie said in an interview for “alsumaria news”, that “investment needs to integrated environment and by the entry of foreign companies or local investors,” he said, adding that “red tape further investors needed a management revolution to eliminate it.”
Rubaie said that “Although we in the third test of the provincial councils still suffer from a lack of vision in these projects because of the complex system of installation in the Department of State as a result of the many previous accumulation.”
Rubaie said that “Baghdad provincial Council on projects that push their funds by regional development funds and the basic infrastructure to serve citizens.”
The majority of government departments where the Government often delays the routine transactions of citizens and companies that want to invest in Iraq, according to observers.
