Iraq Is Wasting More Than 15 Billion Dinars for Each Hour Disable Time

He pointed out that Iraqi employee works 22 days per month at six hours per day, the cost per hour is equal to approximately (3789) JD, and after mathematical equation shows that Iraq is wasting approximately the (15.152,000,000) Iraqi Dinars per hour reduced time in official circles , adding that “this time is calculated only for the salaries paid to the employee.
For his part, an independent member of Parliament Jawad told Albzona / JD / “The long working hours with no electricity and the high temperatures and especially to coincide with the month of Ramadan is one of the government paid that contraction always one hour in most provinces,”
He added that “this time by Qlstha government is the last hour attendance, noting that most employees do not adhere to this time and that the issue of reduction in force in most countries, especially at higher temperatures”
The government consultant Abdullah al-Lami said in a press statement earlier that the number of employees in the government amounts to about four million employees, making Iraq more countries in the region in terms of number of employees compared to population size.
He said al-Lami is also a member of the appointments in the government that “the law of retirement became unable to provide the equation of balance between employees who are retirement, employees who have been newly appointed.”
He explained that al-Lami, “the Iraqi economy can not stand up as long as it is to depend almost entirely on government appointments, where we see a great leaner in the state’s performance career and service.”
He said, “Iraq is passing through a critical stance to the international community because of the existence of nearly four million government employees working in government departments and a large portion of them do not perform their work assigned to them well.”
