Polish Companies Ready to Invest in Kurdistan Region

ERBIL, (AKnews)- Poland’s Ambassador to Iraq said that Polish companies are ready to come to the Kurdistan Region to invest.
Kurdistan Regional Government’s Minister of Electricity Yaseen Shekh Abubakir welcomed Polish Ambassador to Iraq Stanislaw Smolen, who headed a polish delegation.
In the meeting both sides talked about ways of enhancing the size of investment between the two countries especially in the electricity sector, said a statement from the Kurdistan Regional Government.
Both sides agreed that the Kurdistan Region has become a ground of development and is convenient for investment.
The minister asked Polish companies to invest in the region and also expressed his ministry’s support to facilitate work for these companies.
