U.S. Company Is Considering the Establishment of an International Airport in Diyala

Diyala, (Rn) – The Investment Commission of Diyala said that a U.S. company specialized visited the town of Mansuriyah to contract for the establishment of an international airport in Baghdad after the completion of approvals.
Located on the east of the Mansourieh Baquba, 35 km and a population of a mixture of several nationalities and doctrines.
The head of the Investment Commission of Diyala Mjul Tai told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that “the company (Your first) American specialized negotiate Diyala province several months ago to create a civilian airport in the province to promote bilateral trade and raise the economic level of the province.”
He pointed out that “the company visited the province and seen the ground on security preparations for the project immediately after the completion of official approvals from the Ministry of Transport and the National Commission for Investment.”
“The airport would create a federal subject of the validity of the central government and under the Iraqi constitution.”
For his part, President of the Council’s local Mansouriet Zidane willing readiness to provide security protection for U.S. companies. He considered the project “will contribute to economic revival in the elimination of unemployment in the district and the revitalization and economic reality.”
It is believed that Mansourieh of natural resources not invested by the authorities concerned, especially natural gas of good quality.
